I’m Angela Banks, the CEO & Clinical Director of “The Clarity Couch.” I am a licensed mental health therapist (LPCC) with a M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Psychology. I provide a supportive and safe space for folx to work towards emotional wellness and relationship goals, while learning new ways to cope with symptoms related to anxiety, depression & past trauma. I specialize in working with high achieving and high-profile women, who appear “perfect” and are often considered “the strong friend.” I also specialize in working with clinicians (physicians, nurses, therapists etc.) that have experienced past trauma and relationship issues. I can assist you on your healing journey to develop coping skills, communicate effectively, increase confidence, improve relationships and practice true self care.
